The right/claim which you want to exercise should be clearly specified in your request together with your identity details and the necessary explanations should be made appending all information and documents which are the subject matter of your request.

The requests conveyed us and having the required qualities shall be concluded in 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of the request and the relevant result shall be notified to you in writing or electronically in conformity with the feedback procedure that you select in your request.
