Belgin Aksoy loves herself because,

loving life begins with loving yourself.

To help boost my energy,

I get out of bed every day with gratitude,

For a more sustainable lifestyle

I eat plant-based foods, I separate my garbage for recycling,
I don't use plastic bottles, and I no longer buy things I don't need.

Accepting and loving yourself in all your states is critical.
I am

a detail-oriented, perfectionist individual. I'm working on
relaxing and staying in the flow.

Sometimes you must be able to say no. I say no

to insincere people, and places that don’t nourish my soul.

To help keep my mind and body in balance during my hectic work schedule

I think magenta. During a stressful moment,
I close my eyes smile visualise the colour magenta
and take a deep breath.

For me, wellness is

a state of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, a process
of self-discovery and a state of balance in body, mind, and soul.
Wellness is quality of life. Living well reflects how we look,
how we feel, and how we interact with our surroundings.

I believe that my work completes me when

I do what I enjoy and I enjoy what I do.
